A few weeks ago I asked you for your help. I tell everybody that I write food and wine blog but I really wasn’t talking about wine often enough. I am so grateful for your responses but I was also a little overwhelmed. There is a lot of interest in wine out there (hooray!) and you were asking for a wonderful array of subjects. So many, that to encompass them all, I would need to write a designated wine blog. Not a bad idea but I can’t post photos of peanut butter and Nutella ice cream sandwiches on a wine blog…

There are so many wonderful wine writers out there but it isn’t always easy to find them. Inspired by the fabulous ladies (Lucy, Lauren and Danielle) of Fabulous Foodie Fridays, Louise of Willunga Wino and myself have teamed up to bring you the wine(y) version.

Winenot Wednesday

#winenot, winenot wednesday, wine blog, wine writer, link party, inlinkz, wine not,

Every Wednesday you have the opportunity to add your link (or links) back to wine-related posts on your blog or website, bringing your wine talk to a larger audience. Your link will automatically be posted on both Champagne and Chips and Willunga Wino.

If you don’t write about wine but want to learn more about it, then you have all these wonderful posts in one place to read at your leisure. Either way we would love you to be social, visit a few other posts on the link-up and comment if you like.

Each week Louise and I will pick our favourite posts of the week and link back to them before opening up the link party for another round. So let’s get this party started!

  1. What a great idea for a link party! I look forward to checking out all the fabulous wine posts over a glass or two… or three! 🙂
Thanks for linking up to the Ultimate Rabbit Hole too! x

  2. Love this idea. When I was at university, my mum took me out for dinner and when we asked the waitress what wine would accompany our meals nicely, she said that she ‘didn’t know because she only drank cask wine’. I’d love to learn more about wine. My husband’s family make their own wine, but I’m not really a fan of the homebrew.

    • Oh man! Restaurants should at least invest in training their staff on the wine list (most wine reps do it for free as part of the service!). I’m so glad you like the #Winenot Wednesday idea.

I love to hear from you...
