Wine Tweets of the week #1

Welcome to my weekly wine tweets- wine reviews in 140 characters or less!

When I’m working or studying wine I spend a lot of time writing long detailed tasting notes but they aren’t always that interesting to read, are they?

I’m going to bring you a few wines each week, from a variety of price ranges that I think are good value and yum. Why 140 characters? Twitter seems to think it is a good number and I reckon (I hope) it is impossible to get too wine wanky with so few characters 🙂

Wow that last one was tough 🙂

Let me know if you try any of these and agree with me (or completely disagree).

If you write your own wine tweets or love taking pictures of your wine and food experiences I want to see them. Tag them #cccheers and I will include a few of my favourites each week with a link back to your account.

Have a gorgeous weekend!

Oh hello lovely wine lady. You have got my attention with the Semillon Sauvignon blanc, sounds like good value. Would you believe I’ve never personally purchased my self a sparkling rose so it’s going on my list. Love your descriptions can’t wait to try the Rose.
    Have a great weekend.

Great idea keeping them short and sweet and tweet length! I’m sure it helps when you’re trying to decide from so many different wines! 🙂

      Thank you 🙂
I figure if long intricate descriptions bore me then it must be even word for the non-wine-nerds out there.
